I discovered some cracked corner caps, slipping and missing shingles and have been contacting the Owner - Chip Faucette - for weeks now -
Roof was installed by him in 2/2012, there were a couple follow up issues after that he took care ofStill under warrantyRoof was paid in full at time of work done in 2/He didn't return phone calls, so I was texting himHe returned one message and sent his guy over to inspect the repairs which are minor, but he still needs to fix to ensure no water damageHave not heard from him in weeks This is MINOR repair work, but it is still a repair and is still under warranty I just want the work done
