I would recommend *** anytime I needed quality work completed. *** pays close attention to the smallest details. A Big THUMBS up!!
Jeff *** of National Roofing came to my home to repair 2 small holes in my roof. He arrived promptly, his quote after arriving to assess the damage was much lower than origionally quoted over the phone. The cost of the repairs was very fair and modest. He even went beyond the repair and inspected the roof and sealed up some shingles. He guaranteed his work and is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing roof repairs.
I believe that he misunderstood the scale of 1 to 10, I pretty sure he meant 10 and not 1? Thank you for your time to write a review on my behalf President of National Roofing
In October of 2010 National Roofing installed a TPO roof on my home. I was given a 12 years UNCONDITIONAL NO LEAK WARRANTY in writing, dated October 25, 2010. There is no problem with the TPO roof membrane itself. The problem is with the shoddy caulking around the A/C outlets on the roof. ***, the owner of National Roofing, re-caulked such leaks the first time in 2013, but subsequent to the heavy rainfall during Harvey in August 2017 the three A/C outlets leaked again and damaged my ceiling.
On August 27, 2017, I notified Mr. for the first time about the leaks. I told him that I understand that he may be burdened with work due to the Hurrican and offered to try to caulk the leaks myself tentatively, provided he would tell me what product to buy. According to him caulking TPO requires special products. Mr. did not respond. He finally reacted to my third email of September 10, 2017, giving me a litany of ridiculous reasons/excuses about events that had, in his opinion, voided his warranty, such as painters and A/C service mechanics walking on my roof without his written permission.
First off I've only heard from *** 2 times, and the email was so hateful I just didn't under stand why he was acting this way, common sense tell you that after a named Hurricane, your manufacturer and contractor's warranty are void, that's when ( Home Owners Insurance ) policy come into effect. If my car was to get flooded would I go to the dealer and ask them to warranty it? Its 3:00 am Sunday night, I've been working all weekend and must get up at 5:00 am, but I would enjoy responding to this no brainer of a claim, furthermore ***, owes me for all the other service calls he had me out on when the leaks were NOT coming from the roof, but the decking, and awing etc, and its way over $800.00 So if he wast to play with me on this matter I believe its time to go see Judge Russ Ridgway and let him decide about the service calls opposed to not filling a claim with his Home Owners Insurance Company?
This customer should understand after a named Hurricane, ( Harvey ) with the amount of rain and wind that comes with any category hurricane that all roofing companies warranties are void. As well as the other companies foot and penetration actively to the installed roof, the customer does not have a warranty, The AC duct work was not sealed by National Roofing and well as the metal flashing and copping installed on top of this flat roof, thus voiding any manufacturers and labor warranty.
I've been to this location over 5 different times to disclose that leaks he was blaming on National Roofing were due to other problems, as no liner under a tile floor outside, I never charged him once a service call fee of any where from $125.00 to 325.00, and the fact that this town home lies on a fault line he will have contentious leaks on this unit.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12404552, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
My law suit has been filed last week, as announced. The business had ample opportunities to caulk/reseal. Mr. Blalack prefers to come up with ever more reasons why his unconditional, personal 12 years no-leak warranty is void. I will let the court decide.
