[redacted] set up an appointment with [redacted] Credit. They went over her payments and showed where she fell behind. She paid the balance due and she now understands the payment schedule. Let me know if theres anything else you need. Thank You,[redacted]National Road...

[redacted] was approved for a loan through Professional Finance Services. She took delivery of her car on March 15th based on the approval. The bank called to verify her job a few days later. They were told that [redacted] quit her job on 3/16. PFS reversed the approval based on [redacted] no longer...

having her job. She was supposed to return the car the next day. She did not return the car or return phone calls for over 2-3 weeks. I hired a repo service to find my car. They found it on 4/20/17. The customer refused to give him the keys. They towed the car to me.[redacted] was supposed to put $1800.00 down. She gave us $500.00 and was supposed to bring the other $1300.00 to us. She never paid the $1300.00 because the bank reversed the approval.[redacted] came in to get her $500.00 back. I asked her for the keys. She said she gave them to the repo company. I told her let me call them to verify they have the keys. She yelled that we'll learn not to mess with her money and stormed out. I never got to talk to her about the repo company not having the keys.The repo company charged us $250.00. I will need to get new keys cut and reprogrammed for $180.00. That leaves a balance of $70.00 that we can refund Daphne.She kept the car over a month and put 4705 miles on the car. If she would have returned the car like she said I would refund the full $500.00.
