impersonating a Federal Response Center. Threatening and Warning of Federal propery. Sent unopened mail to the NC state attorney general.
I am receiving unsolicited offers by mail from this company.
I keep receiving unsolicited offers from this company via mail which I do not want.
Remove all contact information for any person listed at my home address, *** Drive *** XXXXX-XXXX from your records. Do not send any offers for goods or services of any type to my home home address. Do not make any attempt to make contact by any means or method to any person who may or may not be a resident at my home address. The services and products offered by your company are a complete scam.
We are a mail house that buys consumer list from data providers and processes mail for insurance entities. We do maintain a do not contact list, which we use to suppress all future mailings. We will add Mr. ***, at address: *** Dr *** XXXXX-XXXX to this list. Included is confirmation where we notified our data supplier. By adding this consumer to our do not contact list we will no longer mail to this consumer on behalf of any of our clients. This will not prevent this consumer from receiving similar mailings from other mail houses or insurance entities. There are several resources the consumer can use to ensure they do not receive similar mailings. The Direct Marketing Association has a do not contact file that many direct marketers and data providers who sell the names and addresses suppress against. The National Do Not Mail list- information can be found at http://www.directmail.com/mailpreference/.

Advertising issue keeps contacting me even after asking to stop.
These people are not GOVERNMENT RELATED. They KEEP contacting me with THESE Unsolitited mailings EVEN after I have asked them to stop. Now here is how it will play out if they continue to harass me with their mailings that I have asked them previously to stop. Plus they said they would remove my info my address etc etc.
If they do not stop this as this is last time I will ask there will probably repercussions I know for a fact they will not like. I just simply do not want anymore mailings from them.
I know for a fact these mailings are not GOVERNMENT RELATED so they need to cease and disscist. Bottom line.
So my next step will be to contact insurance commissioner of all state's that this mailing was processed through the post office in. That is Georgia.south Carolina and came into north Carolina. I am not very nice to people who mail me what I consider a scam targeting senior citizens.
I am Fed up. I am done with these mailings. I WILL BE putting their letter into a file that I created on them three times ago. My suggestion is they listen. Thank you.
STOP MAILINGS REMOVE MY NAME AND ADDRESS FROM THEIR DARABASE. STOP ALL.

I want the business to quit sending any mail to *** Road, *** XXXXX. Cease and desist. We do not want contact
These people are a fraud, sending out official mail outs to seniors in hopes of defrauding them.
I got the following mail
Dear Mr ***
if you are between the ages of 50 and 85, the federal government provides funeral expense benefits that many seniors living today are not aware that they qualify for. However these benefits are thousands of dollars below the expense of today's funeral, estimated by the National Funeral Director's Association to be between $7,000 and $ 10,000.
*** Your Family is responsible for the unpaid Balance ***
Thousands of Seniors nationwide are applying for the ""New State-regulated Life Insurance Program*** which will pay up to #35,0000 for those expenses. It is important for you to register for the benefits available to you. To receive information on the plan designed for today's seniors, return this card in the provided postage paid envelope within the next 5 days.
First of all there is no federal benefit like they talk about, second the state has no program either. Third I read the responses and they say they are selling your information to an out of state insurance company, well that is illegal aw well. All insurance programs must be state certified by the state board of insurance providers.
So not only is their mail out a bait and switch it is also trying to set you up to be scammed by a non licensed insurance company. That is against the law. I will also be sending a copy of this to Alabama States AG for a review, because I believe it to be highly illegal.
I want them to stop trying to scam seniors with their lies

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Well that is all well and good but we get mail here for me the wife, and my late mother and father in law. So I get a lot of these. It should be illegal to prey on the elderly.
Scam or Fraud
I received a post card in 3rd class Postal Mail For my parents which indicated that my mom and dad were eligible for a New State Regulated Life Insurance Program which will pay up to 35,000 for funeral expenses. It also states that it is important for you to register for the benefits available to you by completing the post card within five days. I checked into this and this is a scam. I want others to beware of this so called company and that is why I am reporting the scam. I don't want to receive anymore post cards from this so called company.

This is a scam! The actual National Response Center is a federal government agency to report oil spills and other such disasters. It has nothing to do with providing funeral insurance!
It a scam that preys on the elderly.
I received a post card which indicated that my husband and myself were eligible for a New State Regulated Life Insurance Program which will pay up to 35,000 for funeral expenses. It also states that it is important for you to register for the benefits available to you by completing the post card within five days. I checked into this and this is a scam. I want others to beware of this so called company and that is why I am reporting the scam. I don't want to receive anymore post cards from this so called company.
Modification/discontinuance of I want this company to stop sending post cards out to seniors that may not beware this is a scam and steal their money and personal information. I also want this fake company to stop sending people information that is not true. I also don't want to receive anymore post cards in the mail.

I continue to get this mail from National Response Center P.O.Box XXXXXX, Atlanta,Georgia .There nothing but a front for an insurance company trying to sell a policy, misleading consumers with fraud mail that claims the federal government provides funeral benefits that many seniors living today are not aware that they could qualify for. They don't have a phone number you can call to opt out. I'm tired of getting their mail that I have to shred. It would not let me put the numerical part of the address because it was miss identifying it with a social security number
No further contact by the busi I do not want to find their mail in my mail box anymore

This business and what it says it represents for Ohio citizens has been flagged by Missouri, Indiana and other states by their respective Revdex.com in each state for consumer misleading information , sharing personal info to 3rd parties etc, since 2017 till now and yet they relocate or open up the same business to bilk money from senior citizens and go in blocked or punished for doing an injustice and poor business practice to the consumers. This business if you call it that needs to be stopped and stopped in all states not just a handful and wait for other consumers to complain or be taken of their savings that they worked so hard for and receive only junk mail and calls from the parties that this company has sold your personal info to. Please help in this matter.

Unsolicited mail offer to obtain information for an ominous Life insurance program for senior citizens. The notice seems threatening and other unsuspecting adults may take as a serious offer. Although legal loopholes may allow such offers its morally questionable and downright pathetic for such a company to target mature adults for business schemes.

These people are scammers. The advertisement is a scare tactic and designed to impersonate an official document. They need to be stopped before they scam more people out of their hard earned money.
Modification/discontinuance of I would like to see them forced to be clear that they are not a "national benefit" and they need to stop using the pink slip.

For a company I've never heard of before or asked them to send me any information, which they did not provide, there was pressure to respond back in 5 days. And they requested my signature; date of birth; home address (which they apparently already had);spouses name; date of birth; and my phone number. I find this kind of salesmanship to be very high pressure and offensive.
Who are they to ask me for such private and sensitive information. This stresses me out.
No further contact by the busi I get upset when I get something like this. When you're low income you want to be able to take advantage of free upgrades if they are good for you. But I don't know them. I don't want to get any more of their mailings.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)I appreciate the additional information they provided. Thank you.
This company is sending SCAM letters that look like collection notices, on pink paper visible through the window, complete with a warning on the outside of the envelope about a $2,000 fine or five years imprisonment for "any person obstructing the delivery of the letter." It provides no contact information, but requires the recipient to SIGN the form and return it with personal information such as date of birth and spouse date of birth in addition to address. There is no phone number. The company is using scare tactics to confuse the elderly who may not understand what they're signing. THIS IS ELDER ABUSE AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. They are giving junk excuses on their Revdex.com complaint responses about being a "clearinghouse" for insurance companies. Still, their techniques are suspect and preying on financially vulnerable seniors. This was sent to my DEAD mother.
I am tired of getting these notifications about needing extra funeral expense benefits. There is no phone number to call and tell them to take me off their mailing list. I am not interest. How can I get them to stop$$$$$$ PLEASE HELP!!
No further contact by the busi don't want them to contact me by phone, mail, email, or cell phone ever again!

I have been getting mail form the National Response Center,Senior Department Benefits Dept. with a pink slip offering funeral services for seniors of 50-85 years old.
First I am just 23 years old;I do not know why I am getting mail from the Senior Benefits Department, because for the moment that is not the department that I should be getting mail from, and also I am not in the age range to be gettting mail from this department.Second, I should not be getting offers for funeral benefits because the pink slip clear says that this is for ''seniors of 50-85 years old only.''In addition,I never requested neither my parents ''New State Regulated Life Insurance Program'' services.
This is now the third time that I get this pink slip,I want this kind of mail to stop arriving to my mail box because I am NOT a senior and I never authorized any kind of agency or organization to share or sale my private inforamtion to any third party.
Other (requires explanation) I want this matter to be resolved by quickly I want the National Response Center-Senior Benefits Dept. to STOP sending me mail regarding ''NEW 2018 Benefit Update For *** Citizens Only'' for seniors of 50-85 that offers funeral expense benefits; I am NOT the person that you should be sending this type of mail; once again I am just 23 years old.

I got a pink slip from the National Response Center, *** XXXXXX *** XXXXX -
*** on August 3, 2017 saying that their records indicate that I'll be turning 65 in 6 months and in need of an affordable Medicare Supplement Policy. I've also gotten about 5 letters and 1 phone call from the National Response Center between February, 2017 and July, 2017 saying their records indicate I'll be turning 65 next year. I am starting to take this as harassment or a scam for one particular reason. I am no where near 65. Therefore, if they are a legitimate type of business and has records of me somehow, they would know I am nowhere near 65 and shouldn't be harassing me about getting an affordable Medicare Supplement Policy.
No further contact by the busi Quit sending this stuff to people unless you're absolutely sure that they are going to be turning 65 when their notices say they are because it's getting annoying getting these things non stop. Not to mention I feel bad enough about my life and my age, especially living in stupid Arizona and no way to afford to get out of this blast furness, I don't need individuals or any kind of business making it even worse for me by adding 25 years to my life by saying I'm either 65 or almost 65.
