This is the worst company to do business with. We got our timeshare end of 2013. It was paid off and they told us during the presentation, that they would buy back the timeshare which turned out to be false. Bunch of scammers!
It took forever to get rid of the timeshare, and plus I had to pay the resort for them to buy it back ! Bunch of lowlifes!

We document every call made to or received from all customersThere is no record that this customer called us to make a reservation to MemphisI imagine the customer called RCI instead of TLCRCI is just part of the benefits offered by TLCOur customer care manager will reach out to this customer to help them with Reservations as we have many options in Memphis available

This customer obviously needs assistance in booking reservations as they believe there is nothing available where they want to go and this is simply not possible.They can use there program at over 4500 resorts and over 700,000 hotels as wells as cruises and etc. Our customer care will be glad to... help them make reservations.Our customer care manager will reach out to them asap. I believe they haven't been successful due to the account being delinquent but we will discuss and resolve.

I am rejecting this response because:The trip was at the end of May, 2016 and you still have not responded about going into our banking accounts with out our permission.  You know you were wrong for doing that, we were trying to be fair and deal with this with out filing a police report as our banks suggested that we do.  I really think the next step will be to file a police report.
