Late picking up load to start, then late (wks) to get most of the load as they have lost numerous items Loaders were not very professional (actually caught one of them rolling and night stand out the door instead of using a dolly) Customer service did not return phone calls as I had to call them numerous times each day just to get a hold of someone Left message after message Lied to repeatedly by the "professional moving consultant"Many items were broken due to the rough handling When the second truck arrived my box springs and mattress was strapped to the outside of the truck On a basis of to I give them a DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like stress

This company is a scam!!!! they have you speak to a really good sales person and they fudge your truck (cubic ft), they charge you extra for the plastic wrap and then they hold your valuables hostage until you pay I would not recommend anyone use this company I was warned by the competition but the sales person was good I have lost so much money dealing with this company You don't want the headache and stress!!!

This is a terrible company. We used them once and it cost us thousands of dollars in overcharges and thousands more in damaged goods on delivery. Don't use them
