I have no clue whatsoever who this person is as I have never done business with a person with that name or address. There are several National Recovery Service companies in the United States and she must be referring to a different company. National Recovery Service is a judgment
collection company and only does business in Missouri and Illinois. Her address is the address of a personal residence in the State of Pennsylvania. I am a former Federal Agent and will handle any problem if it is legitimate, but this one appears to be a scam
