I called into this business after receiving a flyer in the mail. I had used their services before as well. I wanted to clarify services offered and pricing. The representative I spoke with informed that they did not spray the key areas I was calling about, and therefore decided not to proceed with the services. At no time during this conversation, did I confirm the order. I was on vacation, at which time the services were performed without my knowledge, while I was away. I had limited access to email while away (as I was in Europe), and was surprised to see an invoice for services performed in my email. When I sent back an email indicating that I did not authorize these services, I received an email back from the person I spoke with (Justin), who informed me he was very clear when booking an order and confirms, multiple times (which was not the case with our conversation). In the same email, he indicated we spoke in June, however our conversation was in July ( which should raise a red flag to Management and calls into question the recollection of this individual). Once I got back home, I called the Winnipeg office to see if we could clear this up, and explain the situation. It was at this point I was informed that Justin is very thorough and has been there for 5 years and does not make mistakes? I was also told I ordered these services and had 10 days to pay, or I would be sent to collections. I asked if they had anything in writing or recorded, and they do not. Had they offered the services I had called to inquire about, I would absolutely have paid, however that was not the case. Be very careful when speaking with this company, as you may end up receiving services, you have not ordered and be threatened to pay, like I have.
