Hoa is not doing an adequate job to keep property up-to-date. Property has major issues which is not being taken care of . Boards on over hangs falling apart , trees touching buildings, roof rats . The chiller system not maintained properly. Contact for additional information

Our mail was sent to a different family members address and when I contacted the office they could not advise how that address information was received. The person I spoke with was unable to provide any details and blamed her not knowing on her being hired 8 months ago. I also asked why we were never notified that the payment website had changed to a completely new one and she was unable to provide the answer and stated it was a question for someone else that was not currently in the office. This caused us to be late on payments as we thought they were automatically coming out (which accountability is on our part that we didn't notice it until 4 months later). The last communication that I received was via email in February stating that the new rules/regulations would be in effect and then a letter on March 19th to a family members address stating that we were 3 months behind on our payment. We moved into this community as the HOA company was being bought out or transitioned under new management and we have not been given the best experience with the new payment methods that we were not notified about and the new rules/regulations have not been put into effect and our neighborhood looks disheveled compared to the standards that the NPS HOA has set.
