Once your in with them there's no getting out, I bought 2 seadoos value 28000 used during covid when it was impossible to get any seadoos. My payments were 430 bi weekly some how my loan amount is still 38000 with all their fees and crap. I paid almost 2 years barely a cent off my principle. I phoned in May was waiting on a payment they said they would hold the payment 2 weeks. Well here is the criminal part... 🙄 they took 565 for the next payment I couldn't figure out what was going on, phoned them and they said they considered it a missed payment them though they said they would hold it and I made a double payment in the 2 weeks as committed. They say because it's considered a missed payment they jacked my interest rate up 15% and my payments are now 560 bi weekly. You are sucks into them, I can't sell the seadoos I can't refinance the seadoos because they are not worth what I would have to get to pay these crocks off so stuck... biggest scammers I have ever heard of in my life. Paying over 1100 a month 80000 by the time these seadoos are paid for unreal and should be criminal

I purchased a 4 wheeler through this company about 6 months ago for about 8000. I also had gap insurance ($1600) just as an insurance option on my loan. I contacted them to add a snowmobile to my current 4 wheeler loan, and found a sled for $2000. I was sent documents to sign that indicated my amount I owe would be $12,000. I texted my sales rep and he informed me that was the current balance of my current loan(4 wheeler) plus my new loan. I was advised that my payment would be $95.25 biweekly (which was previously $122 biweekly). I questioned why it was a smaller payment and he advised me he got me a better rate. *** a screenshot that indicates me asking him if my $95.25 payment includes both the 4 wheeler and sled payment and he says yes. I check my banks statement after the first new payment has come out and BOTH the $95 and $122 payment were taken out. I called the lending company and they said this was because there was 2 loans and it would be up to my sales rep to fix the mistake. I contacted the sales rep multiple times, via text email and phone calls and didn't receive a response. I emailed and called head office, who assured me they would fix this. I sent them the screenshots of our conversation where he indicated the payment, but they have refused to resolve this issue and tell me nothing is going to change. I have been intentionally mislead to make this purchase, and am now paying $12000 for a $2000 snowmobile, while I pay an additional $10 000 for my 4 wheeler. ***. $22 000 in debt for $10 000 in equipment.

Besides having very poor communication, especially in wrtten form, they have huge hidden admin and other fees that are not identified in their website or mentioned by staff. +$35% fees are included in contracts that should be challenged. However, staff have the view - either sign with the cintract with their fees or not!

Mark O., Manager doesn't want to hear how they apply poor business policies or practices. They get so many requests by others, it doesn't matter if they act in an *** manner or not.

They have charges for every little thing they can legally make up and some things in there contract that Im certain are not. I have a very hectic life and have no time to research properly and I will pay for it deeply with this company! $7000 turned into $10000 but that I understood! To be accepted with this type of loan but the threats of repossession long after the loan was complete and boat was insured and was in our possession for weeks and no payment misssed! Loan Contact was upheld and in no way defaulted! ***! I have secured other financing

It was in endless onslot of more information that was already sent in.. I started to catch on so I was calling np finance until so.eone finally picked up ***. Tried to give me the run around about we are on your side we want to help you.. After I stated to question him he told me I was denied because they didn't want to deal with me.so now they have my personal information and that's not a good feeling.. *** .NOTIONAL POWERSPORTS FINANCE WATERLOO ONTARIO..
