Buyer Beware! I paid for a place of residence to be found so I could serve an individual. Lormit's claim is they work on retainer basis, and if you do not get what you pay for you ask for a refund. The owner Dianna did not find his address, she gave us the company that he worked for (which we originally supplied to her because the incident I needed to serve this person about happened at work), she called HR and they confirmed this person worked for that company so she claims that that is good enough and I do not qualify for a refund. This was after her dodging my calls for over two weeks that is.
I don't see how when paying for a home address to be found is in any way the same as what company this person works for. She then said that because she found where this person worked we actually owed her more money for finding that because Lormit's place of work retainer is more money than the place of residence one, even though I never once asked her to find where this person worked.
In my experience the claim of working on a retainer basis is disingenuous, and I feel her language and attitude is so unprofessional it was such an unpleasant experience. I did loop the president of the parent company, Lormit People Locator in and he offered no input or help either.
