I am rejecting this response because It is amazing going on two years of doing business with National Lloyds, they can't find my policy. Well I guess I will have to give you my policy number ***. I don't know what kind of customer service National Lloyds has to support your customers, if I had some kind of home disaster, I don't think I would have necessary support neededI feel I have schemed out of home protection and I have given money to a ponzi scheme company
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:the “certified policy that was emailed to me was a generic policy with my name and address added on it. Which any PDF could be created. I replied back to the company and stated that this was NOT what I was asking for! I wanted my original copy of my SIGNED POLICY because all the policies that I have does NOT show these perils and that is the issue. So yes I went to the local agent and have been dealing with a representative Valerie who has also contacted national Lloyds because the policies they also have was NOT showing these perils on MY POLICY! So NO I don’t accept this response. And since I’ve been With this insurance since 2007 the local agency has to go to the warehouse and look for the original sign policy which she will be getting back with me on Monday with as a follow up to see what she has. So this was a ball dropped on someone’s end other than mine but I’m the one who is suffering from their mistakes! Even the new policy that I received July 2017 did NOT has these declarations included!

This letter is in response to the above-referenced complaint. We appreciate your interest in this matter and please consider this to be our official response.
Our policyholder, [redacted], believe our investigation was improper since the adjuster did not inspect the...
damages suffered and understands coverage from the insurance policy should apply to their loss. The adjuster contacted the [redacted] promptly after the loss was reported and discussed the damages. The adjuster explained that the damages described were not covered under the policy in force. [redacted] stated he did not want an inspection of the damages, if coverage would not be afforded for the water damage.
Our insured purchased a Homeowners Policy – Form A from National Lloyds Insurance Company. The effective dates of the policy are May 2, 2016 to May 2, 2017. The policy purchased provides coverage for damages that result from the following perils:
1. Fire Or Lightning
2. Sudden and Accidental Damage from Smoke
3. Windstorm, Hurricane, and Hail
4. Explosion
5. Aircraft and Vehicles
6. Vandalism and Malicious Mischief
7. Riot and Civil Commotion
8. Theft
Our investigation revealed that the damage suffered by our insured was not the result of one of the named perils in the policy. Our insured stated that the hot water heater burst and flooded the dwelling floors. An inspection of the damages was offered and rejected by our insured. However, based on the “Perils Insured Against” as stated above, accidental discharge or overflow of water or steam is not a peril insured against.
As a result of the facts and policy language purchased by our insured, National Lloyds will maintain the position of denial of this claim.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, [redacted]
I recently took out a homeowners policy with National Lloyds upon my agents desecration in which i'm paying over $800.00 for $75,000 structural coverage . This home is my personal dwelling in which I lived at over four years . Recently I was a victim of a home burglary and had a loss of over $6,500 . So I contacted my company and agent and followed there instructions . After receiving the police report and papers from the ins co. , I called with a question in regards of not enough space to include my losses on they're form . Surprisingly the claims adjuster rudely interrupted me and indicated that I only had a $1,000 thief coverage and in which $500 would go to my deductible . Why didn't my agent explain this poor coverage to me for this high dollar policy ? This is a total rip off ! Maybe its my fault for putting trust in my agent and not reading the small print . Idk ! It just sickens me . But definitely I would not recommend this co to no one !!!","neg-1
