I have send in the authorization release form. Plus I have asked the company for the bill again because I had never received the one they send before, turn out they got my address wrong on there records. They got [redacted] dr but my address is [redacted] that's the reason I have not received...

any notices from them. That's why I need that collection thing removed because I never received any correspondence from them. Thanks
