I would like to advise citizen's of Ontario to purchase, not rent, a water heater, especially from National Home Services [redacted] I am currently waiting hours now for a manager to approve the replacement of my water heater recommended by their service technician I currently do not have any hot water and have not been given a definite date such approval will be given nor when they will install a new water heater I have been a loyal customer for 8yrs, have already paid in rent twice what the unit is worth and was told if I wanted to get out of my contract so that I can resolve this on my own it will cost $1000!

I currently do not have any hot water and have not been given a definite date such approval will be given nor when they will install a new water heater. I have been a loyal customer for 8yrs, have already paid in rent twice what the unit is worth and was told if I wanted to get out of my contract so that I can resolve this on my own it will cost $1000!

I moved into a new home and want to buyout the water heater instead of renting. Just to return the hot water heater to National is $1000.This is unacceptable as [redacted] and [redacted] will take back there water heaters at no-charge. The $1000 national charges does not include removal and is charged to me even if I transport the tank myself back to their store. [redacted]Desired SettlementI just want to deliver their water heater back to them without a $1000 charge for no product or service rendered.

We have moved and fulfilled our contract obligations. They continue to take money out of our account. We have contacted them and they continue.We have filled our obligations gone to the bank put a stop payment on them they then wait for a three month period and then take out a total sum of three months amount. It costs us $15.00 every time they do this. This has gone on for 6 months and they refuse to stop taking the money out of our account. [redacted] As all we want is them to stop taking money from our account.Desired SettlementJust to stop taking our money from our account sine we don't have there hot water heater and we want it to stop.
