Keep in mind, the staff encounters bereaved family members regularly. You might think it is just a job to them however, that is not the impression we sensed. They were all extremely thoughtful and helpful.
Ms. Hopkins, the staff member who assisted us, is to be commended. She was caring, polite, sympathetic, and professional. She treated us as if she had known us for years. Even during this challenging time, she managed to put a smile on our faces.
She took her time to explain the options and fees. Her input (only when we asked) in designing the headstone was phenomenal. The finished memorial is exceptional.
If you are ever searching for a final resting place for your loved one, your one stop should be the National Harmony Memorial Park…ask for Ms. Hopkins. I am so happy we did!
Review: I had an account that was cancelled and the manager from corporate's office said the funds from the previous account could be transferred to the purchasing of a new account, therefore, on March 25th I went into the office to handle that business and they recapped on what they assured me., and the councilor [redacted] and the manager [redacted] were so rude, unprofessional, and sneaky in trying to get me to spend more money than what the memorials cost and to keep my money for what I already paid. That no business was settled. I was treated very badly and inhuman at that cemetery. This is also a customer service issue, sales issue and contract issue and a refund and exchange issue. I am very disappointed in the people we used to handle business for us at the time of grieving.Desired Settlement: I want the money applied toward the new memorial as stated by corporate and I will pay the remaining balance to get this done with.
Review: My deceased mother brought 4 graves, She is in grave #4, I wanted to be buried in grave #3 and sell the other 2 graves, so that
someone else could use them. Due to the fact that my moms 2 former husbands who passed before her has (no) records on file
on a divorce or will on record (anywhere) They refuse to honor me, her only child and next of kin on their records, to even allow me
to be buried beside my mother as she would have wanted.... Someone stole my vehicle with the grave sites papers in it, and has
already been arrested for this crime, my next court date for that is October 8th 2013 It just seems (wrong) to me that my mother
worked and paid for these (4) graves and they get to keep (all) 3 empty graves and her money too ????Desired Settlement: I would like for them to give me the papers for grave #3 and sell the other 2 as I had asked them to do....
P.S the arrangement salesman **. [redacted], had my sign 2 blank after [redacted] for what ????
At the time of the signing, I was under the impression that, that's all I needed to do.....
