Massachusetts Electric Customer Service Doesn't Respond to Customers
I am a new National Grid electric customer since I moved to Quincy. After one month of dealing with the National Grid electric customer service team (via phone) I am disgusted. I received a bill that seems quite high compared to electric bills that I formerly received from EverSource. I called customer service and explained that I live in a new building. The rep said someone would come to my home on 6/23 to read the meter. They were supposed to call me so I could meet with the meter reader. Never happened. I tried to call customer service again multiple times and have to wait on hold 10 minutes +. I requested a call back and never received one. I simply want to understand my bill. National Grid makes it very difficult (perhaps by design) for customers to get through.
