I just to tell America about this horrible insuranceThey are the worst car insurance everTheir customer service is bad and I would never ever do business with them

I WAS INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT ON DECEMBER 12, I FILED MY CLAIM ONLINE ON DECEMBER 14, SOMEONE CAME AND APPRAISED THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR 12/26/SINCE THAT DATE I HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONEI CALLED TWICE LAST WEEK AND WAS TOLD THE OLD AGENT WAS NO LONGER THERE AND THAT A GUY THAT SITS ACROSS FROM THE REP THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS NOW IN CHARGE OF MY CASE THE REP LEFT A MESSAGE TO HAVE ME CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME THEY HAD JUST RECEIVED A STATEMENT FROM THEIR INSURED ON 01/03/18...SO A WHOLE MONTH LATER AND THEY ARE JUST GETTING THE STATEMENT FROM THEIR INSURED? AS OF TODAY, DAYS LATER, I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A CALLBACK FROM ANYONEI CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND SPOKE WITH A DIFFERENT REP AND HE FORWARDED ME BACK TO THE SAME PERSON THAT SUPPOSEDLY IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANYI GET THAT IT WAS THE HOLIDAYS BUT WHY IS IT TAKING ALMOST A MONTH TO GET THIS RESOLVED? DUE TO THE ACCIDENT, MY CAR NEEDS AN ALIGNMENTAM I SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THAT OUT OF MY POCKET EVEN THOUGH I

I have been a customer of National General for a number of years nowI have to say that my experience has been nothing but positiveMy rates for home and auto are far lower than any other quote I have receivedI am always able to immediately get in contact with live person, not just and automated system that takes minutes to finally connect you to someone with a brainFinally, in the one auto claim I have had to put in, National General made the process (everything from rental cars to payment of total loss) quick painlessI have and continue to be very satisfied this company

Terrible business...I have had such a horrible time dealing with this accident They repaired my vehicle but that's it I did not ask for this accident and they are treating me like they are doing me a favor by paying for repairs Your insured client rear ended me I have been out of work dealing with repairs and late the day I had the wreck, but they say "it's not our fault" They will not let you speak with the claims manager Very secretive company

Very unprofessional!! My insurance adjuster that was on my case did not let me know that she would no longer be working for the company, I was not notified of that from anyone until I called the company myself and found out I had a new adjuster I then talked with the new adjuster about some damage that was later found and he tried to say I was not telling the truth and that the damage was not related to the incident that happened! I am very upset and very disappointed with this customer service I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone!!

After one of their clients crashed my almost new Honda Odyssey after running a red lightThe only accident my wife has had in 30years of drivingThey have been horrible, they refused us a rental and said they would call back when they determined faultThen days after the accident they finally declared it a totalThey gave me days to accept their low ball offer or start paying storage feesDespite clear and concise valuation of the vehicle as a top of the line in "perfect" shape, *** my wife doesn't even let the kids have food or drink in her ride and kept rubber floor mats down to preserve its pristine conditionThey repeatedly use skewed examples lacking the value of extended warranties found only with the Honda pre-owned certified vehicles and insist that they have the right to a "private seller" discountNow they say they have proven the value through a third party programInsurance companies are the sole client and my vehicle perfect, not "good" conditionAnd they want me to get a money back from the dealer so they dont have to compensate for the warrantiesDo they also expect me to have them swap out the wheels and tires? They are absolute thievesPLEASE relay your experiences to the state bureau of insurance so we can document this pattern of behaviorAnd contact your representatives, governor and anyone else you can to change the legalized abuse these companies are permitted

I've was very pleased that the agent took the necessary time to review and compare every aspect of my policy He took time to suggest options and in the end I was completely satisfied and understood all my coverage choices and fees

I was recently in a fender bender with one of their clientsI was given a very hard time to get my car fixedIt took a little over weeks for my worker *** *** to get my paperwork together, and I feel that everything was purposely delayedI feel that he purposely put off my paperworkIt shouldn't have taken two weeks to get an estimateFinally I get estimates to get my car doors fixed by sending in photos of the damageThe collision shop of my choice said that it wasn't enough enough money to sufficiently fix my carHe stated that you cannot properly estimate damages by looking at photos, and that I need completely new doors for my carThe estimates worker for National General said that they'll send out supplemental paperwork so that the collision shop would get more money to properly fix my carSo as of today my car is fixed, but the insurance company now refuses to give more moneyI don't think that it's fair that their client ran a stop sign, hit my car, and I'm going

On the 10th of May 2018, I was involved in a car accident on I-85S in North CarolinaI was rear-ended by a van owned by *** *** Company of SalisburyFollowing the accident, I was forced to deal with the catering company's insurance, National General Insurance CompanyFrom the very beginning, the insurance company and it's employees were incredibly difficult to deal withI was made to jump through hoops when I was of that were struck in the accident CAUSED by National General's clientI was told that the insurance company would not pay for the diminished value of the vehicle without an appraisal that I was expected to pay for out of my own pocketI've mainly dealt with Travis ***-*** (who is actually located in Ohio) about my claim and he's repeatedly stated the same thing, that if I want the diminished value of my

My car insurance has changed times the person that carries the claimIn which they ask for the same information saying that they are going to give and estimation to look at the carWe have waited weeks and have now put the second person which says I have to wait week more to come look at the carThey also say they probably won't pay for the car because I did not put the policy to my son of years who docent know how to drive or has a licenseNow they are going to a meeting on the of January to see if they are going to pay the car or not
