Review: Complete failure to deliver on their product. Multiple missed appointments with no response. Took money and ran!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund!
Review: I purchased an auto detailing package from National Detailing through [redacted] in March 2013. They repeatedly booked appointments and then did not show up. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. The first appointment was booked over the phone, but ever since the initial phone call, anytime I call I reach an answering service. I made the rest of the appointments online because I could not reach anyone over the phone and they emailed me appointment confirmations but then did not show up.I looked the company up on [redacted] and saw that all the other customers had the same experience. Appointment booked, no show, no answer. This is a fake company stealing people's money. I can't find an address online so I am using this address that came up when I searched for the phone number. There are two others with the same phone number. I will be filing complaints on those as well.Desired Settlement: I want my $89 back.
Review: I purchased a detail package for my truck and set up an appointment for July 3, 2013 at 3:00 pm at my home. The company did confirm the appointment via e-mail, but failed to show up at the appointed time. They also failed to call me to notify me of any problem. I've left three messages with my e-mail address and cell phone number, but have not received a call to date. I will be contacting both the [redacted] offices in DE and ** to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: I want the money I paid refunded completely.
Review: National Detail failed to show up to two car detailing appointments. The first appointment was a no-show, no-call, no-email. The earliest date I could reschedule the appointment was a month and a half later; This was cancelled the night before due to an employee needing a day off to take care of personal issues. I requested work off for both appointments in order to cater to National Detailing's schedule. This is a service that was prepaid through [redacted] and the only recourse I have is to gift the service to someone else. I have not been able to directly correspond with the company through phone or email. I have received emails for confirmation reminders and cancellations, but no emails or phone calls in response to my complaints.Desired Settlement: Not only would I like a full refund, but I urge a review of the company's legitimacy.
Review: I pre-paid for a full service mobile auto detailing package in May 2013. I have had to reschedule 4 times. Twice they were a no show/no call. Once, they cancelled at the last minute. Now I wait for a 4th time to see if anyone shows. They only use an answering service, so I can never speak with the company itself. I've emailed and called multiple times over the course of 3 months and have yet to receive a call back or an email from the company, in response to my complaint and demand for the service I've already paid for.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back that I pre-paid for the service I still haven't received. I am so frustrated with this unethical company that I will never purchase from them again.
