National Credit Systems did receive a certified letter, disputing the account National Credit Systems investigated the dispute and the account was found to be valid National Credit Systems mailed the consumer a letter, validating the debt, with supporting documentation on 9/11/2017, to the address on this complaint The account is being reported to the credit reporting agencies as a disputed account, and will remain on the consumer's credit report at this time
This account has been in our office since November The account is currently being reported as a disputed item in the credit bureaus The consumer has not provided us any identification to show he is not the party listed on the account He may do so by contacting us at [redacted] A copy of the charges is currently being mailed to the consumer at the address on the complaint for his review

This account was placed in our office for collection in February Due to insufficient information, our records indicate no calls have been made on this account since March Additionally, the last letter that was sent was generated in February 2017, which was a offer to settle the account National Credit Systems is not a bonding company and we do not represent a bonding company in this matter We represent Villas at Waterchase, where the consumer previously resided, so the references to bonding are not relevant to our account National Credit Systems will conduct an investigation since the consumer has disputed the debt, and the account has been marked as cease and desist, as well as being marked as a disputed item for credit reporting purposes Once the investigation is completed, we will mail the consumer a letter stating our findings on the investigation, as we are required to do by law The letter will also contain any supporting documentation The account will be reported as a disputed account for credit reporting purposes

Thank you for contacting National Credit Systems, Incon behalf of this consumerWe have researched our records and found the following: We are not saying or implying that these were the only times that the consumer spoke with our agentsWe were simply providing a factual history to support that the consumer version of events is inaccurateWe stand by the following: The consumer, unfortunately, has provided an inaccurate view of how and why the account was reported to his credit historyNational Credit Systems, Increceived the account in collections on 1-25-We called and spoke to this consumer on 1-27-He advised our representative that he would be calling back to address this accountWe called numerous times and mailed letters, but did not hear back from this consumer until 5-4-In a telephone conversation, he advised our representative that he would be contacting us back to make a 100$ payment towards his account balanceAgain, we did not hear from this consumer again until 9-16-2016, on which he called and finally paid the accountThis consumer was not manipulated into making this payment, nor was he promised at the time that this account would be deleted from his credit history if he paidThe consumer was a legal party to the original debt that went into default, therefore, the account was reported on his credit historyThe consumer could have prevented the account from reporting by making a payment or arrangements when initially contacted, but failed to do soThe account has now been paid and we have reported the account with the appropriate statusWe are unable to delete the account history from the credit bureaus
National Credit Systems has extended offers authorized by the client to settle the account numerous times for $1190.82, on a balance of $ These offers always had expiration dates and the consumer did not avail himself of the offer each time it was extended National Credit Systems does not own the account and all settlements have to be authorized by our client, [redacted] , where the consumer previously lived Currently, the client has authorized a settlement in the amount of $ This made be paid online, if the consumer wishes to do so, at [redacted] , or he may call our office to pay this amount Additionally, we are mailing out a copy of the original charges to the consumer for his reference, at the address on the complaint All settlements offers are designed to urge the consumer to pay the account and generally have an expiration date The consumer's account number is 2785430, and the account was placed in our office in August

The consumer referenced in account number [redacted] lives at a different address and has a different date of birth This is the person we have reported to the credit reporting agencies Sometimes the credit reporting agencies may mismatch the information we send them to another consumer in error When this happens, it is an error at the credit reporting agency (Trans Union, Equifax or Experian), and not National Credit SystemsTo correct it, a consumer must dispute the account being reported against them with the credit agency that is reporting it National Credit Systems is specifically reporting another party of the same name at a different address and a different date of birth We cannot correct an error made in another company That is why the consumer must dispute the error with the credit reporting agency, in order to correct it
