This company sounds very thorough and understanding of what they promising
Company continued to charge my account after ex husband was removed from it and then charged it after I canceled it for both of us.
I have been charged 59.95 a month for my ex husbands account since June. He has repeatedly called and canceled his portion. I cancelled my account on 9/29/17 and was still charged on 10/2/17 for both accounts.
I want 359.70 in refunds for continuing to charge for my ex husbands account and the 1 month mine was charged after program was cancelled. I do not want this company to charge my account any more and want this program CANCELED!
we are extremely disappointed to hear of this issue and were actually very surprised to receive this complaint. We have had such a great relationship with you for the entire time you were a client of ours. Not to mention we have been able to provide you some pretty awesome results.
Sorry it took us some time to respond, we really wanted to make sure and take this opportunity to review everything internally including our processes and use this as a training example of what we don't want to happen for any of our clients.
We have reviewed every correspondence our company has ever had with you, including every e-mail, portal note and recorded phone call. Listening to hours of recorded phone calls took a while as you can understand.
After spending about 6 hours reviewing every e-mail, portal note and recorded phone call we had from both you and your husband at (XXX) XXX-XXXX & ***@yahoo.com ***@live.com we are a bit confused. The only time we receive a request to cancel was on 9/29/17. At which time we canceled your account immediately and terminated any future charges. Also the only person to ever request to terminate your accounts was you on 9/29/17. We have never received one request from Adrian.
When you canceled with us on 9/29/17, everything was good and you said you just no longer wished to continue. In fact, we actually sent out an extra round of disputes on your husbands account on 10/3/17 even after you canceled trying to ensure you the best possible results even though you had already canceled.
If we truly did make an error we are happy to make it right, if you could please direct us to the time and date of the conversation of these multiple requests he made would be very helpful as we have no record from either of your phone numbers or emails.
As you can see by the thousands of testimonies we have, we like happy clients and this experience is very out of the norm for us. So much so we never even knew there was a problem until the Revdex.com contacted us. I am sorry you didn't feel comfortable enough to reach out directly to us.
In an effort to resolve this issue I would like to say we are truly sorry you are unhappy and we would refund your final payment of $59.97 that you made on 9/29/17.
