With the sale of our property under contract, we couldn't be present at the closing We arranged with Sweeney and Sweeney to represent us at the closing, including signing of all documents and payment of taxes, etc The closing went smoothy and the proceeds of the sale were wired to our bank the day of closing We are completely satisfied with the outcome and we recommend Sweeney and Sweeney to anyone who needs a service such as this
The customer did bring the 2 pair of overalls to be sent to laundry. They were sent to laundry and sent to have heavy starch on them as customer requested. On the day that customer picked up the overalls and complained about the amount of starch in them, the manager was not aware that they had been...
sent to the laundry It is hard to imagine that she did not realize that the buttons were messed up when she realized that the overalls were not heavy starched. This is why we do NOT heavy starch items such as overalls, Our company policy as stated on the bottom of the receipts says "If any discrepancy, please return this invoice to us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any articles not claimed within 30 days. " However the customer did not bring the overalls back or attempt to contact us within 24 hours explaining the problem with the overalls. Since she did not look at her clothes until after she went on vacation and they appeared to have been worn we are willing to offer her a $30 store credit for dry cleaning at our store to be used within the next 3 months.
