I am rejecting this response because:This repsose contains matter that is falseThis type of behavior is evident of the NBCEs character as they are willing to provide false
information to the Revdex.com.First, MrsM*** stated I first contacted NBCE August 16, this is falseI contacted NBCE August 15th at 6:pm to resolve this matter and left a voicemail(hrs and 56minsBefore deadline) see picture attachedThe changing of the timeline of this call by MrsM*** shows NBCE is willing to give information to make the matter seem more as if I didn't care about getting registered on time Secondly, the registrar cannot speak for an adminstartor as to what was told to students by DrD***DrD*** did not inform us students of the deadlines and I will personally get a written statement from him confirming that he did not give out the information to us, nor had he ever communicated board information in the pastI also am with three students at the moment who can also confirm thisAt this point in our school careers that we have not been on campus for months now off in internships and there is no communication between us or DrD***DrD*** is not the person at school who communicates board information, there is actually no such personAlso here again MrsM*** and NBCE are willing to give information to shift the weight of the subject to my shoulders and providing this information and may have legal ramifications and I have sought legal counsel in the matter as of this afternoon and will forward a copy of this falsely provided information to counselIt is understood that NBCE doesn't provide personal reminders however they do not provide any reminders and the only way to get this information is through the poorly set up un-user friendly site that requires three links and a login to find the deadlinesAs far as the May examination, there is no argument coming from me that they are related incidentsDuring this examination we had to deal with NBCEs poorly prepared and tested online format that ultimately crashedI'll be very clear on the point in this matterThe point is I have had to deal with NBCEs irresponsibility and issues and did so very respectfullyI'm only asking for the same courtesy backThe fact that NBCE did not prepare for this type of examination properly is wrongFor a company to treat someone as they have after I have given them almost $is also wrong They do not treat us as customers as they know the weight they play in our careersThe conversation between me and DrN*** was not an appealI asked for an appeal and was deniedI informed NBCE that I would fly there and be there within hours if they would give me an appeal, and to prove to them that I did indeed truely care about this matter as it was being portrayed as if I didn'tThere are no legal ramifications to letting me and other students who missed the deadline to take this test in NovemberI'm also willing to pay a late fee or whatever fees may have acrued to compensate the work to add me to a testing siteThis matter shows it is blatenly obvious I as a customer of NBCE am willing to do more to resolve the situation than them despite their mistakes in the past.
Regards,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:again Mrs. M[redacted] is being untruthful. I was denied an appeal after several attepmts to atain one. She is also being dishonest still about the timeline of the call, again a call log from me is attached, the first call was August 15th at 6:03 pm for 1 minute in duration(amount of time to leave a voicemail) not the following day as she claims. It is apparent after being called out on her dishonesty she has nothing to say about it even when the evidence is black and white. The previous message has been saved for legal matters. It is evident that Mrs. M[redacted] harshly enjoys her position of telling students they have to now alter their careers and lives after a minor mistake, and I have statements from other students that confirm the same experience with her. They cannot treat students as if their lives are disposable and use no understanding or empathy to their situations, especially after having given them almost 2k. It is known what the timeline is for applying but NBCE does not advertise this or make it known to students. When informing her that her excuse an admistartor told us the dead line is false, she has nothing to say, this confirming her and NBCE are willing to going to all ends and even be dishonest in the matter. As a customer of NBCE I am not willing to accept altering my whole life after giving them as much money as I have and having to deal with the privious issues I the past. They have this "I don't care attitude" because they have a monoploly on the testing and students have to go through their organizations for testing. I may very well have "exhausted all options" even though none were given to me. However I will not put this matter to rest and will go to any lengths to see it through to hold NBCE accountable for their actions as they are me.
