Name: xxxxx Business: consumerEmail: xxxxx Zip: xxxxx Subject: Is this a scam?Comments: Good afternoon,I am currently filing a complaint against a company who called me on Feb 5th 2016, National Billing The woman xxxxx called me started off with they were calling cuase they have felony charges against me on a loan from I told the woman I want proof and she refused to give me any proof of where I got this loanShe kept Threatening me saying If I don't pay there will be a sheriff knocking on my door with these felony chargesI was very upset and scared so I gave in and they charged my xxxxx card two times for $..I was so upset, I started to research this information, and found it it is illegal for any creditor to threaten, that I have any charges against meTherefor they violated the fair credit actThe charges they are claiming are also from which is years ago in which they cannot collect on as wellI also filed bankruptcy and any loans I had were discharged
