After going to ER on Thursday night with husband, Got a prescription for Generic
ONDANSETRON 4 MG ODT. He does not have any Pharmacy Insurance. I was told
a price of $18.21 for 15 tablets at Pharmacy. That I thought was too much. So I go the
Fast Pace Clinic in the 3rd building down to get one of the Americas Drug Cards that
they had displayed up front. Well I go back to the Pharmacy hoping to pay less. I gave
her your card and was told the cost would be $25.00, much more, No savings as the card does say. I will not use that card anymore, It is giving to you, And taking from the uninsured. What a RIPOFF....
Review: I signed up for DentalChoice product and was sent an ID. When I went to the provider he could not confirm my eligibility. When I called the service company they did not find my account either.
The CSR told me that the company sends only one mailing. The website does not have an address and the phone number goes to a voice message machine. The calls have not been returned.
My records document 20 attempts to cancel the service.Desired Settlement: Refund of payments made for services not received.
