In response to complaint #[redacted] from [redacted], we can only say that we don't have a customer relationship with him.  We have a loan with the borrower who apparently has a contract for deed with Mr. [redacted]t.  Any issues he has with the way it is being handled should be directed...

towards the person he negotiated the contract for deed with.  Our Senior Lending Officer has tried reaching out to Mr. [redacted] to explain this with no response.
