In regards to your complaint, we have done our due diligence and discovered that one piece of mail was sent by our company to this complainant on July 17, 2017. Our records indicated that this is the one and only piece of mail that we have ever sent to this address. Therefore, in a
gesture of good faith we would like to offer the customer $for copies of any multiple mail pieces sent by our company to his address.Furthermore, all incoming calls are recorded. We have searched the call database for any calls from this customer's phone number and there is no record of any inbound call from this customer's phone number to our number. Therefore, we also offer $for proof (phone bill) of any call to our number from the phone number listed on this complaint.There are other companies that mail similar offers. Perhaps the complainant called a different company
