received.  Deborah had called to the Membership Services department in December requesting a membership refund.  NAfME’s standing policy is to not offer membership refunds.  By the point of Deborah’s call, 4 months of the member year had already been exhausted.  She had already received access to publications, content, lesson plans and access to other member benefits. Despite our standing policy, we listened to Deborah’s hardship and the resignation of her position.  Therefore, we did process a full year membership refund of $119.  The credit was posted to her Mastercard on Jan 12.  The documentation of the transaction is attached.  Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with an accurate summary of the activity and the engagement with this former member of NAfME.Sincerely,  Thomas L.
