I ordered the CAPS online course 2/1/19
have been trying login and do my courses for 13 days. My login and password are correct. This is my first course with your company and thus far it has been very frustrating and disappointing.
I have written the company twice and submitted a support ticket 2/13 with no response from the company.
I called () three times 2/15/19 during business hour and was disconnected after waiting 7+ minutes.
I would like to request a full refund. No service or support was provided!

I am the general counsel for the National Apartment Association and understand that a response to this complaint had been forwarded to you previously. It is my understanding that Ms. also contracted with a vendor used by our organization ( ***l) and received a full refund for any sums she may have paid.
If I am incorrect, feel free to follow up but I believe that the matter has been resolved.
