I was charged *** dollars 2 months ago for three fishing lures and have not recieved them.
On Aug. 29 2020 I ordered 3 lures. They never sent me a reciept just a message that says thanks for your business. And that in 2 to 4 weeks I would have my shipment upon trying to contact them they no longer have an account. So now im out *** dollars and can't get ahold of anyone. The people I guess who got me are *** and ***. I just want my money back or my lures but nobody answers me and all their reviews say the same tbing that they just stole oir money. Something needs to be done about this.

On June 16th I placed an order for 2 swimbaits and to this day have not received ANYTHING!!
I feel as that this company is a TOTAL SCAM! I purchased two swimbaits from them and to date have NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING! I have requested my money back and can not get a response.
I would like my money back or the lures that I was lead to believe I was purchasing

I order 2 Knot Tool from National Anglers Association on 7/17/20. The price was *** for shipping, but they charge my bank acc *** They said it should be 4 week to get my ordre. It been 8 weeks now. try calling and I get their answering machines and no call back. I paid by My credit card. their tel num is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.

I ordered fishing lures and never received them I was charged for them three times. This was in July. They keep saying because of covid.
I was emailed by a *** I keeped emailing her she would tell me due to covid it is on back order . I would like to receive my lures.that I order in July.

Ordered product on June 9th. It is now Sept 3rd and I get the run around. Believe this is a scam. Scripted messages is all I receive.
On June 8, 2020 I ordered 2 Swim-bate lures advertised on Facebook. These items were free, just pay shipping. My debit card was charged *** I received a very blank confirmation email to ***@yahoo.com which as been labeled "Link Inactive" I emailed NAA and received a reply from a PAT L. I interacted with this person via email for a total of 9 back and forth emails, the last one on Aug. 9th.
I have been provided with scripted replies. I then sent another series of emails and corresponded with a NATASHA WATERS. This chain of emails started on Sept. 2nd and totaled 15 back and forth messages. Same scripted answers and vague information otherwise. Today was my last message from her and it reads "Please keep patient, You will get it ASAP"
I posted a message on NAA's facebook page, but I guess they didn't like it as I was demanding a refund and they deleted the post.
I also instant messaged them. They started the conversation off with the same exact first question as the last 2. I demanded a manager or supervisor to speak with.
I filed a dispute with my bank...Stash, which is a prepaid/direct deposit company ran through Green Dot. They can not reverse the charges due to the nature of the purchase

About 4 month ago now I ordered some fishing lures from these people thru an add on facebook. I still have not received my order. I have been in contact by email and was assured my order would be shipped out. That has been a month ago and there again I have bot not received anything. I also took a membership which I am supposed to receive fishing related items each month and there again I have not seen anything from them.

We ordered a 12 month subscription box for my father for Christmas. He received a box for the first few months and always was excited to see what was coming the next month. He has not received a box for several months now even though we paid for a full year subscription last Christmas. I tried to contact the company via email and got a message bounced back that said the email could not be delivered. The company has no other contact information on their website, and their blog and website have not been updated since April 2017. I tried to go to their website to see if their store page listed subscription boxes still or had any sort of message, and it just says that the store is closed. It would have been nice to at least receive an email from them letting their customers know that we would not be receiving what we ordered and reasoning as to why. Very disappointed with this company and have not been able to get my money back for the undelivered subscription boxes - what a total rip-off!

This company is a scam, if you look at their website you will see nothing has been updated since early 2017. They have no support options if you have an issue other than email which they do not respond to. Packages if delivered are weeks late. The items are not as advertised and well below the dollar value of what you pay. The site claims items are made in USA by small businesses. Every item I have received has a made in china stamped on it and when I do a Google search you can see they are mass produced items. Sadly my wife got this for me as a gift and she feels bad each month because of the nonsense I have to go through to see if I will get my package. Then when I do she has to here me complain about what a rip off it is. Not her fault this company scammed her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEAM!!!!!!!
