Review: I purchased a used transmission from this company on March 2013 for $2000 and the transmission was not any good. I contacted them regarding the issue however instead of replacing the transmission or refunding my money they offered to sell me another transmission for $1300. On their website they have warranties however, they will not refund or replace the faulty transmission. This is unfair and not good business.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement transmission or my money refunded.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. I spoke with the manager on today's date and he agreed to give me a full refund and was apologetic about the situation. He seemed sincere about the integrity of his business and about keeping customers satisfied and happy.
Sincerely,
Review: I purchased a used [redacted] automatic transmission from this company on 9/**/13 with a 30 day warranty. It took me a couple of weeks to get it installed. From day 1 it had a hesitation going into drive and reverse. The transmission made it 24 days on the road and 8** miles before complete failure. I tried to contact Nationwide through emails, then phone calls since the installation of their transmission as to the hesitation issue, then final failure, no response. On 12/**/13 a lady answered and could not find any record of my purchase and said no one is in the office that knows anything. On 12/**/13 I got an email requesting info on what part I purchased and for what vehicle. then a later email that the warranty had expired. Too bad. It took over 60 days to finally get a email response and they never returned my calls as requested by my emails.Desired Settlement: Total refund of my $500 on return of their defective transmission to their yard
