I paid this man to take my electronic board for my Double Oven to be repaired. He did not respond after picking up my board for several weeks then he tells me he can not fix it and needs to send it off. I told him I thought he was able to do the job and just wanted the board back. I have never heard from him again and now I have no choice but to buy a new double oven without my board back.

Totally unprofessionalbe and very disappointed.

I hired Nathan of Nathan's Appliance Services to repair a refrigerator in August of 2018. The repair was completed and the refrigerator was working at that time. Nathan's receipt states that there is a 1-year warranty on the part that was replaced.
In January of 2019 the refrigerator stopped working. I contacted Nathan and he came out to service the refrigerator and changed a different part but this was not successful. Nathan told me that he needed to replace the same part that was replaced the first time and that he would order the part and come back to install it.
Nathan has not returned to work on the refrigerator.
I have called him numerous times over the last 2 months and he does not answer the calls, does not return the calls.
