I am responding in regards of complaint number [redacted] filed against Natalie's Nails.I understand the customer's frustrations about the gift certificate that was bought without an expiration dateHowever, this business has been sold and is under new management since the customer made the purchase back in from the previous ownerWhen the customer went to checkout with the gift certificate, the employee explained that we cannot accept any gift certificates older than year because that is our general deadline for our gift certificates as NEW managementNevertheless, we are willing to give the customer a full refund of $and offer a $gift certificate to Nata|ie's Nails on top of that you can see both sides of the situation now, I hope you understand the issueWe do feel it is unfair for those who have bought gift certificates from the business prior to new ownership that has been expired past a year, but with new ownership comes new policiesIf tens or hundreds of people come in and ask for refunds on their expired gift certificates, that will not be great for our business. In good faith, we will give a refund and another gift certificate to show that we are an understanding Nail Salon with good intentions and management. Please email me if there is anything you need or would like to knowl would be more than happy to reply.Regards,Donna D [redacted] (Manager)
