This customer review is my first to the Revdex.com everI consider myself to be very easy-going but after my last service call I feel compelled to warn others about this CompanyI have dealt with Natal A/C for several yearsThe service has declined dramatically over the years The front office is extremely disorganizedThe lady does not return phone calls - you have to beg to schedule an appointmentOnce you have an appointment she cancels it after the original appointment timeThis behavior is frustrating because I have to organize time off work and also to be without air conditioning is not pleasantOrdering a part for my standard a/c unit was a nightmareIt took weeks of phone calls to her to get the partMy last service call was to clear a pipe (routine maintenance)The service call lasted no longer than minutesThe tech blew air into the pipe to clear the blockageI was charged $110, which I believe is excessive considering the time it took and because no parts/materials were used On the other hand, the techs were all polite and competentThe owner of the company is a pleasure to work with as wellHowever, a person has to first get passed the front office, which is a horrible experience

The front office is extremely disorganized. The lady does not return phone calls - you have to beg to schedule an appointment. Once you have an appointment she cancels it after the original appointment time. This behavior is frustrating because I have to organize time off work and also to be without air conditioning is not pleasant. Ordering a part for my standard a/c unit was a nightmare. It took weeks of phone calls to her to get the part. My last service call was to clear a pipe (routine maintenance). The service call lasted no longer than 10 minutes.
