I went in for a consultation, got a quote of $680 for 22in. hair extensions and highlights. She quoted me $600 for the hair extensions and $80 for highlights. Nat examined my hair, saw how much hair I had and the length and told me my final quote would be $680. I told her I wanted it to be blended and look natural. She repeatedly told me that she would make sure it looked great. I put down a $300 deposit. Moving forward I went in for my appointment at 10a.m and didnt leave till 4p.m because she was working on so many people at once. She began putting the extensions on my hair. When it was all done I noticed it wasnt full at all. I communicated with her that I needed more hair and she pulled out some more hair that I purchased for my service. She was planning to keep that hair even though I purchased it. After she put in a few pieces of hair. I told her it was obvious where my hair starts and how the extensions look horribly obvious. She told me to wash it and it will look better. So I came home washed it and no luck. My hair looks so awful. I contacted her nicely to see if she could add more hair and make it look more blended as she had assured me. She said no that I would need to pay $100 to $180 more to have it fixed. I feel like I didnt get what I paid for. At this point im super unhappy I just want my money back. I do not trust her with my hair at all. I am requesting that she refunds me $600 that I payed for extensions and service.
Product_Or_Service: Hair extensions and service
Refund I want $600 back that i payed for extensions. I would like the full refund of the extensions. I am requesting i get my money back so i can go somewhere else and get them removed and redone.
I apply a pack of keratin extension from the hair shop very good quality hair most of my client I only add one pack the equivalent of 100 grams of hair. I charge $600 that included the hair taxes shipping and installation her hair blended well I styled her took picture and now she's stating that she can't wear it down, but left the salon with her hair down. I do understand that some clients want more volume and its as simple as just buying more hair. I told her I can get it for her and wouldn't charge her taxes shipping or installation and she demands I buy them for her because she wants more hair. if you know anything about extension you know its expensive. she's asking for her money back yet she's wearing the hair.
you don't buy a pack of clip in extension and get mad because it not enough, for most people a pack is more than enough and if you need more you would have to buy another pack of clip ins
so same thing with keratin extension except you don't have to buy the whole pack you can get individual bundle which I told her I can get for her one bundle $100 or $150 for two and that's with me putting in money out of my pocket and time to apply it which I have no problem doing for her.

I am the customer, not the "hair extensions professional," therefore I don't know how much keratin extensions are required for a full head that looks decent (for the $600 I paid). I was under the impression that the consultation was necessary for you to determine how much hair you needed to purchase and to match the correct color. During the consultation, you never told me the price was based on the quantity of hair extensions or bundles you needed to purchase. You only told me that there was a price difference for the length of hair. You said 18 inches costs $500, and 22 inches costs $600.
After getting the extensions, they did not blend well with my hair and I informed you of this before I left the hair salon. You told me it would become fuller after I washed it. You also instructed me to wait two days before washing it the first time. I trusted you and followed your instructions. Then, I contacted you the day after I washed my hair and let you know that my hair and extensions were not blended and looked choppy. You offered to add more hair for an additional cost. I was confused as you were trying to charge me more money for more hair, when you had initially quoted me prices based on length. You stated that you weren't going to waste your time going back and forth with me.
By the way, I am no longer wearing the extensions. After your rude customer service comments, I urgently went to another hair salon and paid $100 to have them removed because I was too embarrassed to leave my house with choppy-looking hair.
Once again, I decline your offer to add more hair extensions. First, because I shouldn't have to pay more money. For $600 (and a consultation), one would expect that the job was going to get done right the first time! Second, I no longer trust you. Third, your customer service is horrible.
