I purchased a vehicle from this company 8/28/2019 in full, which included the 2 year warranty (Proguard Plan 4) from Proguard Warranty. Three months after the purchase I received notification from Proguard Warranty stating the payment was never received by the selling dealer, so therefore, they could not honor my warranty and I do not have coverage. The warranty company also have tried to get in touch with the selling dealer, but has failed through multiple efforts. I brought this matter to the dealer, he said ? He will look into it and doesn't know where that payment went.? I reached back out to him in concern and he said ? I still don't know where the money went, but I will honor your warranty, and take financial responsibility for any work covered under your warranty.? There were some repairs needed on my vehicle. I continuously reached out To him to have my car placed in the shop and to have type agreement with notarization, printed and signed by both parties. No response, or action. Finally, May 11, 2020, he got my vehicle in the repair shop and til this day it is still there. During this time I've had to purchase several rentals, paid transportation to etc., with basically no reimbursement even though its included in the warranty I originally purchased. He did reimburse for one, but no others. He doesn't want to give the money back for my warranty, or reimburse me for my rentals. I have documentation of everything and I have reached out numerous times about this matter, I'm really praying you all can offer some relief.

Other (requires explanation) The resolution I would desire or would prefer is the original warranty coverage from the Proguard warranty and reimbursement for the rentals purchased, if possible. The other resolution I would prefer is full reimbursement of the warranty and rentals purchased. The last resort is for the selling dealer to buy back the vehicle for the complete total at the original purchase in full as completed at original purchase.
