Review: Since dropping my laundry off with them, they have stolen pretty much all of my nice basic tees and pants, as well as my boyfriend's shirts and our newborn baby's clothes. It took me a few times after picking up my clothes before I realized that each time I dropped off our laundry it came back without a few of my best staple items. We have paid them hundreds of dollars to provide this service and they can't help but to steal my newborn's brand new clothes which were gifts.Desired Settlement: I would like them to no longer be able to provide drop off services at this location and to return our stolen items.

Review: I dropped off my laundry with a brand new bottle of fabric softener. Picked it up the next day and half of the bottle was gone! One capful is enough for 10 lbs of laundry. Went back and asked them to pay me back half of the cost of the bottle, $4. Cashier said another customer must have used it, and he couldn't help me. When I insisted, he put me on the phone with the "boss" who was aggressive and rude. He told me he didn't trust me, that I was lying and that it wasn't his responsibility. When I told him he would lose me as a customer (after three years), he said he didn't care. I believe this business owes me money for the cost of half of a bottle of fabric softener. I used their drop-off service and left my clothes, detergent and fabric softener in their care. It is their responsibility to fulfill the service on their end, and return my belongings in their rightful condition.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to refund me for half the cost of the bottle of fabric softener. The bottle cost me $8. Or buy me a new bottle of Ecover Fabric Softener.
