Nashville Stone City

Got my cabinets within 2 weeks as promised, the only issues was their supplier was out of 2 cabinet on back order, but we were able to modify the layout. Granite section was great.

This company has lied to me and has took my $5200 I gave them to do my cabnits and granite top, they have not done any work or wanting to refund me my money back to me. I'm currently in the process of suing them for the money I have gave them to do work at my house. He keeps telling me to meet him at different places to give me my refund but he keeps putting my phone on block and not showing up. I have had the police involved on two different occasions. Please be careful when dealing with this company.

To say doing business with these people has been a nightmare is an understatement. We were expecting our 2nd child at the beginning of July and we had just closed on our house and the kitchen needed a major upgrade, so my husband found their (Nashville stone city) *** page and decided to give them a call. Leo came out and measured our kitchen and sent us a layout of how our kitchen was going to look like. Everything seemed fine, we picked out our cabinets and even went to *** marble and granite In LaVergne to pick out our countertop and thought everything Was set. This was on June 29th when we did this and we paid them $5,200 for labor costs, cabinets and half of the cost for the countertops the same day. They gave us an install date for July 17th. The day comes and they don't come to install and said something was wrong with the order. We informed them if we didn't have a finished kitchen by July 27th , we wanted our money back. David S (which is the owner) Informs us that everything should be installed by that day, but didn't give us a time of when they were coming . That morning comes around and we give them a call early AM and there was no answer to calls or text messages. We have been trying since yesterday to get our money back and David isn't answering our phone calls. He told us he would have our money back to us by July 28th and to meet him at 3pm at his office in Goodlettsville so we went there and he didn't show up and again wasn't answering calls or texts. We waited there til almost 5pm and decided to leave. We have went to the local police dept and they have told us to sue and hire a lawyer. We are out 5k and out an entire kitchen. There is a lot more to this story that is just too much to try to fit in. I am trying to warn people not to trust these people and to take their business elsewhere please! This has been such a headache and we can't even move in because we have no kitchen and are living with my parents right now. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!!!!
