About a month ago my Maytag Heritage Series 30 Inch Freestanding Gas Range started acting up. The left rear gas valve started sticking. I read online that this problem is common with Maytag Ranges. Also it was no longer under warranty. I purchased this Range a couple of years ago and I am not ready to replace it yet. So I found a company online Nashville Professional Services and gave them a call. They set up an appointment for me, and they were really great about working around my schedule which is really tight. They told me the technician would arrive at 3:30 on a Saturday, and sure enough he was there at 3:30 sharp. He showed up diagnosed the problem and fixed my Range with parts he brought with him. He said he had read the notes the operator had taken and brought the right parts with him. I was pretty amazed. Normally when I have dealt with service men in the past, you have to wait around all day for them to show up. They diagnose the problem, give you an estimate and then they have to return on a different day to actually do the repairs, effectively tying you up for 2 days for no reason. Not this company. They were fast, professional, and very reasonable with their prices.
