Took 5 Hours to remove the boot from my car. Technician filed no required documentation. They had no idea where their boots or my car were.
My car was booted my technician #[redacted]. I called number provided on orange window sticker, to be referred to an 800#. The dispatch service on 4 separate calls, told me the technician [redacted] would call me back. He never did.
I received a phone call from the dispatch service who had the Nashville Booting company manager on the line. (I had asked for his number previously and was told they did not have anybody's contact information.) Their manager explained that they had an incorrect phone number and had no way of calling me back (yet we were talking on my provided number at that moment) He said a technician would be at my car in 15-20 minutes and would remove the boot at no charge.
A man showed up in an unmarked, banged up truck an hour later and removed the boot; about 5 hours after my initial phone call. He gave me no identification or any paperwork before he left.
I was unable to open my retail store that day, loosing money and customers. Nothing about the process was professional or felt legitimate in anyway.
