Company has failed to deliver product as promised. Original order was for a 3 month subscription starting in June for a July shipment of the 1st of 3 boxes. As of today, 19 October no boxes have been received. They do not respond when contacted by email. I was not able to find a phone number to contact them directly. Here's my response to their 29 September update email:"In accordance with the email sent on 29 September "...members will not be billed for another month until outstanding boxes have been delivered."It is bothersome you are having delivery issues. It is more bothersome that you make a promise to not charge until "outstanding boxes have been delivered." yet 2 days later you make a charge to my account as shown below.I paid in June. I have yet to receive a single box. I'm expecting 3 boxes to be delivered and the one free box promised for a total of four. Please refund the $92.85 charged on 1 October. Please make good on the delivery of the 3 months of boxes paid for and the 1 additional free box promised. If all 4 boxes arrive as promised I will consider consider renewing my subscription. Until that time please cancel the recurring charges and my continued [redacted]"I sent a follow up email to them on 16 Oct with no response.
