Review: I placed an order with NARS on the [redacted] of December 2013. It is now the [redacted] of January 2014 and I do not have my order. According to my order information that I can see online, my order has not even been shipped out to me yet, despite all products I ordered being 'in stock' at time of order.I have also contacted NARS customer service three times (once through their website 'contact us' form and twice by direct e-mail) with respect to my order. I have not received any response to my 3 inquiries - not even an acknowledgement my message was received. NARS indicates on their website that all orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days; this has most certainly NOT been honored in my case. I have ordered $275 dollars worth of product with my order, some of which were destined to be Christmas gifts. Even allowing delivery time (I live in Canada), I should have received my order with lots of time to spare before Christmas.I love NARS products and have typically bought them from [redacted] in the past. However, I made a small order directly with NARS in September 2013, with no issue. So, I was not expecting any problems this time around. The experience I am currently having has really made me question if I will continue to purchase from NARS or if I am just better off finding a new brand to buy from.Desired Settlement: I would like my order to be shipped immediately, free of any shipping charge. I would also like some form of restitution for both the non-existent customer service as well as the fact I've been waiting for my order to come for almost a month now - and it hasn't even been shipped. I'll let NARS come up with that solution.I would think it would also be pertinent for the company to find out the root of these problems and ensure that it never happens again to other customers.
