It should be apparent that this woman has problems that we cannot deal with.  She spends hours (days?) complaining about us and then has her daughter rent from us again.  We have tried to address every problem she has raised to no avail.  Wouldn't the wisest solution be for her...

daughter to leave?  There are hundreds of houses available in the area that we have nothing to do with.
