This customer should have received her cancellations. There should be no further resolution required at this time. If for some reason the customer claims to have not received their cancellations via mail, we will arrange for a date and time for the customer to pick up the cancellations

Has the customer received the re-send of the second check owed? It should have been mailed out after the last response
