We decided to advertise our home with this organization in August, after a very good sales 'pitch' from MsKristen J [redacted] Throughout the year, we always ensured every issue raised was addressed immediately However, we suffered through a year of having to pay for ticky-tack items and we were constantly told anything and everything we had an issue with was the "cost of doing business" - even though our contract reflected such items should have been covered What we ended up with were can openers, hair dryers and other duplicates we paid for twice, a filthy pool which took days of cleaning, broken items in the bathroom, a less than clean place, and other such things we were initially told would be cared for under the contract And now....although our contract has ended...this organization continues to advertise our place When inquiries are made, they steer the renter to another property in their inventory This practice is simply put...shady at best The only bright spot was Vincent, he always tried to work with us, but most of the decisions were simply out of his hands Great sales pitch MsKristen J [redacted] , too bad you didn't deliver on what you promised

They agreed to rent me a house for June to Julyfor $1700, they charged meThey have now backed out of agreement, and threatened to keep my money

June 11, 8:07am, they reached out to me asking if I had rented anything yet
June 11, 4:21pm I responded with we have not, are you willing to come down on cost
June 12, 7:08am they respond to cost of $
June 7:19am, I ask if all fees and taxes are included in that cost
June 12, 7:35am they respond it will only be $
June 12, 8:01am, I respond with we will stay from June and check out on July 1, the cost being $1700, how do I sign up
June 12, 8:08am they respond with make through *** for the dates 6/- 7/and they would charge $
