I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[This is a perfect example of how incompetent and unorganized this agency truly is. My policy number was [redacted] I was holding auto insurance with your agency for several years. When I came in on June 9th and personally handed the written letter to cancel my policy to [redacted] she failed to process it like she said she would. Therefore, I was charged for the month of June and July and I have still not received my reimbursement. I am now having to jump through hoops for her mistake. I have done everything you have asked. I have provided proof that I canceled my policy on that date and started a new policy with a different company on the same date. I have provided proof that my car has been inoperable and I have not driven it since February. I am now asking again for my full reimbursement for the months of June and July and to wave the "cancellation fee" that [redacted] never stated was due at the time of cancellation. ]

Review: On June 9,2014 I called to cancel my insurance, due to [redacted] inceasing my monthly rate with no notice. They informed me that I had to bring in a written letter stating that I was cancelling my vehicle insurance. After I turned in the letter, [redacted] informed me that my insurance will be cancelled that same day. Upon looking at my bank account I noticed that I had still been charged for the full amount as well as the next month, which came to a total of $146.80. I have called numerous times and they give me unclear instructions on how to be refunded. 8/8/2014 I received a letter from the insurance stating that I owe a cancellation fee of $12.81. I was never informed that I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I leave messaged and they do not return my phone call. I am having to call them. They still have not refunded nor cancelled my insurance.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my full 2 months and my cancellationn fee to be waived.
