We have been in communication with the customer and are working to determine the cause of the damage The deck was installed in November of 2015, and the customer contacted us approximately months later With all due respect, we have discussed this with our deck builder and he does not believe this happened during the construction We do plan to make things right with the customer, and are gathering information and pictures before and after the deck construction
