Never mind the fact that they don't bother to answer the phone ever.
The discount code when I signed up did not state it could not be used on certain items. It was an alleged gift for me signing up. So if that is the case then you should state what it can applied to when sending a new customer a 20% coupon. Furthermore, I have attached your coupon as evidence of what was sent to me. Not once does it justify nor explain what it can be applied to, which is responsibility as a company to do. I would HAVE never signed up if I could not use the coupon on my first order as it implied.
Secondly, when I tried to purchase the exact Diorable shirt on my PC like I had on my phone the price altered by increasing the price from 25.00 to 40.00. It was the exact S
ame tshirt for sale but two different prices between the PC and my phone and it did this with several items not just the Diorable shirts as I scrolled through the page. I can clearly read and understand the price difference for various styles but these price changes had nothing to do with that.
If you are not going to honor your coupon that you sent me then I certainly won't be accepting any text from you nor will buying anything from you again. If you want the customer to understand and accept your policies in regards to coupons then make it clear when they sign up, not after the fact. It appears to me as if it is a "bait and switch" because you made a false promise once I agreed to sign up but for a million reasons the use of the coupon was denied on my first order.
Just had to comment that I could not agree more with Kayla's reply to you. You definitely sound more like the scammer here than the company. Don't ruin their reputation all because you can't order things correctly or spend too much money on clothing to begin with.
Your sale was final because it was a black Friday sale and it states all sales final.
This all sounds like your own fault and nothing to do with the company. Everyone knows sales are final after you purchase regardless of the time frame and if you received the item. This review is stupid.
If I could do zero stars I would.
Where do I start. Okay I ordered a pair of boots that stated they would fit a larger than my calf and they didn’t fit me. When I complained/inquired I heard nothing back. I wasn’t going to spend a ton of money sending them back, so I just sold them to a friend.
On one of their live feeds I asked for the length of a design, they said they don’t know, they only post what the item of clothing comes with from whatever company they use. I’m sorry, they couldn’t pull out a tape measure to find out?!
I ordered a purse from them, I’ve had it TWO months and the straps are so torn and almost completely apart, so disappointed. When I reached out they basically said “that sucks. It wasn’t reported within three days so nothing we can do” uhm I’m cplaining about lasting quality, not originally quality.
Their customer service is deplorable and I will never order from them again. It’s also so sketchy you can’t do reviews on their site or fb page either.
Also fairly certain their business model is buy barely anything of every size so it sells out quickly and then it makes it look in high demand so more people buy. Absolutely ridiculous.
Oh I returned something and they received the delivery on a Friday. It was a WEEK before I received the gift card, it’s an email so not like it’s hard. When I reached out they said they were backed up and per website they have 7 business days to get gift cards to us. Which is insane since they take our money right away and we know when the packages get back to them.
Horrible ! I’ve spent over $500 since last month because those live videos really sell you ! But they lie , they will say how comfortable or soft or blah blah the clothing they have on is .. it will look so cute on their cute little bodies and then it arrives and it’s the most cheapest quality ever and fits horrible. They love to take every sweater and shirt they sell and stretch it off their shoulders to make you think you can wear it multiple ways and to also make it look way cuter but notice how it looks when they do that lol ..definitely misrepresented. I mean these girls can take a $5 simple body con dress you can buy at Walmart same quality if not worse and sell it to you for $50 because they sat there for 10 mins telling you how soft it was. My only point by this post is that everything is a race when u want to but something because it sells out within seconds , you would think by now they would get it together in that department since EVERYTHING goes out of stock. It’s the most annoying thing ever because I can’t simply shop , I have to make multiple orders so I can ensure I get what I want and 99% of the time I don’t. I’ve had them email me after I bought items and tell me that I was still too late and it’s sold out .. and they offered a store credit. And second , the quality is very bad for the price you pay. These companies buy in BULK so they not only do they get these cheap cute clothes at an amazing price , they turn around and not sell for double like most would .. they Triple the price when they know darn well it’s not worth that. I literally laughed at the $35 thin cheap flannel I got yesterday.. worth maybe $5 .. all 3 sweaters the sleeves don’t even fit my arms length, again cheap ! They rise up in the back like something does when you wash it and it shrinks. I also got two Sherpa pull overs and they are a joke ! Soooooo thin! Cute but thin ! Even my daughters laughed and said it was beyond “fake” and they are teens ! And even they know cheap when they see it and those pullovers were $50! And I also bought 5 of your braletts lol! The same braletts other boutiques sell for $10-15 .. y’all sell for $30! Ridiculous and u wear them once and they are stretched out. Just get it together .. y’all could really be amazing but y’all are obviously more concerned with getting rich than your customers since u want to sell us overpriced clothing and lie on every single live video about the quality. Good luck with that
It’s a challenge to be completely objective because I've had several negative experiences with their customer service which is practically non-existent. With that said I gave them several chances to make things right and they basically mocked me and pointed to their hot garbage of a return policy.
They don't value their customers and/or whether or not you're happy with a product; the basis of this so-called-policy is "we now got your money and we're not giving it back...laughing on their way to the bank." Whether the item has a wrong description, or defective, or doesn't fit, or the color/material looks different from the picture/description, overall quality etc.
This company doesn't appear as a professionally run clothing company and more like a street corner clothes stand run by a couple of sweatshop ies pushing mediocre quality clothes.
They get one star for having some cute designs, but only if it's actually available and in stock because most of the time items are posted as "sold out," probably a malign marketing strategy to make it appear as if the items/their shop is in high-demand and constantly sold out. Because if they were actually making profits off of their "constant" sales and growing as a business it would be reflected with treating their customers better.
I ordered a Blue Romper from them took it out of the packing and tried it on it didn't fit so I emailed them to see if I could return it for a different size I packed it back up and paid for my own return shipping label to return it and a week later I get the same romper back with a piece of paper saying they wouldn't return the item because it wasn't in it's original condition. I didn't look close enough to see that it had some dirt on it that it had on it when I received it and didn't think it was a big deal because I wanted a different size. When I told her that she said there was nothing they were going to do. So now I have a piece of clothing I can't wear and I'm out almost 55.00 after I paid shipping. They don't have a very good return policy and could care less about there customers. I would not recommend them to anyone who likes to shop online because all they will do is steal your money from you.
Simple as this my girlfriend ordered a dress it was to small she returned it and sent ans email stating she was returning for a different size. They came out with an email the next day stating the dress was sold out after she already sent it in and emailed them stating she needed a new size. They won’t refund her money and she doesn’t want to buy anything from them now. Seems to me this business isn’t very good at anything they do and because she’s upset I’m upset because they should issue her a full return and not some store credit crap. If I could give you negative stars I would.
Very cute clothes on this website. Only problem is you can never order anything because everything is always sold out. They have an option you can sign up for that will have them email you when an item gets restocked, however, I've never received any emails back from them. They also only issue store credit instead of refunding your money back to you, which wouldn't be an issue if everything wasn't always sold out. I've had $100 worth of store credit that I've been unable to use for 3 months now. Very disappointing!
