Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Subject: Complaint [redacted]In response to the complaint filed by [redacted]The Nampa Recreation Center Membership Eligibility Policy states (complete policy attached):OVERVIEWAnyone is eligible to purchase an individual membership to the Nampa Recreation Center regardless of City of Nampa residency....

 However, to be eligible for a Nampa Recreation Center family membership or senior couple membership the primary member and spouse must be legally married as recognized by the state of Idaho.  In addition, only children considered legal dependents ages 18 and under may be included on a family membership.  Provisions may be made to place dependent children ages 19 through 21 on a family membership.DEPENDENT EXTENSIONSBy providing acceptable proof of dependency, a dependent extension allows a primary member to include dependent children ages 19 through 21 years of age on a Nampa Recreation Center family membership.  Children older than 21 years of age do not qualify to be secondary members on a family membership and will have to purchase an individual membership.However, because [redacted] 22-year-old daughter was initially allowed on the membership, we are happy to allow her to complete the contract.  We have notified [redacted] of this.  We will continue to work with our staff to uphold and explain these policies to our members at the time of purchase.  I apologize that this was not brought to me by [redacted] and she felt compelled to take it to the Revdex.com.  The Nampa Recreation Center will continue to strive to provide fair and transparent service to our community.
