Nampa Inn & Suites

Guest stayed on 4/22/in room # 314, we just finished whole 3rd with new carpet, vanity sink new furniture and 32" flat screen tv.we checked her in in room #never changed room, I do not see any notes that she complaint about anything.If room was dirty, nothing was working and very unsafe
then why did guest stay in that room over night, she would have check out that night and front desk would have give 100% refund on her credit card because guested stayed over night we can not give any refund. Thank You
