We contacted the complainant Miss *** *** the very same day she emailed us offering to meet with her at her convenience and solve the matter to her discretion.However we never heard back from her, therefore we cannot speculate as to what transpired.As we have not been able to open the
attachments, we do not really know anything about it.For the record, we ALWAYS sell ALL our products for exactly what they are, whether they are Tahitian pearls, Mother of pearl, etc.Our salespeople are well trained professionals for decades and there is not a single possibility they sold something for other than what it is.Sincerely, Nalu Pearl
